‘Two at Symphony’ is an elegant yet casual boutique cafe experience that brings to life flavourful comfort foods, fresh beautiful bakes and elegant sips inspired by the latest food trends and reminiscent flavours. The name ‘Two at Symphony’ stems from the story of two inspiring sisters, Mouza & Salama Alabbar, who joined forces to create a new modern-day space where handcrafted details, elevated experiences and beautiful designs come together as a whole.

The Experience
An all-day modern boutique space, the café & eatery blends elevated dining with craveable comfort foods, beautiful bakes and infused sips, carefully presented with hints of familiarity in their flavour. The central bar is a main feature of the design and serves to create a more dynamic and captivating story, with freshly prepared coffees expertly created by the in house baristas sitting alongside indulgent and pretty bakery items. The open entrance welcomes guests with captivating views of the café’s interior as the journey starts into a relaxed yet elevated service led experience where attention has been paid to every detail along the way.
The Menu
Two's attention to detail is effortlessly carried through to the food; where every dish has been developed with passion, exclusively for ‘Two at Symphony’. The menu is inspired by international favourites infused with locally celebrated flavours right through to a few secret recipes and family favourites shared by Mouza. An all day cafe eatery, Two celebrates the start of the day with fresh offerings, from eggs to French Toast before it moves on later to a handcrafted range of light bites appetizers, soups and fresh salads. Mains are equally craveable as are the indulgent and reminiscent desserts. Finish this with Gahwa or a Spanish Latte, as well as a variety of coolers, iced teas and sips. The Bakery
At the heart of the central bar lies the Bakery, featuring beautiful Vienoisseries, Eclairs, and handmade fresh cakes blending flavours from the streets of Dubai to the rues of Paris, all are available to enjoy inside, pre-order and pick up. Baked with love, the bakery rotates its selection, with new daily bakes, bars and indulgencies being baked fresh every day.
